Foshan Shiwan Poli Lighting Appliance Factory, the predecessor of FSL Autotech, was jointly set up by Foshan Zhangcha Materials Corporation andCuntouVillage. It was located in the Cuntou village and engaged in producing halogen bulbs for civil use.

Poli Lighting Appliance Factory was transformed from a township enterprise into a private enterprise, and we bought the first automatic production line inChina.

we registered the brand of EAGLEYE and started selling EAGLEYE products in the domestic market. Also, we successively set up sales outlets inGuangzhou,Shanghai,Nanjing,Chengdu,Zhengzhou,Wuhan,Shenyang,Jinan,FuzhouandKunming.

we began implementing ISO 9000 Quality Management System and gradually promoted European EMARK product certification. So far, we have 32 products that have obtained E4 mark.

we purchased land in Zone A,ShishanIndustrial Park, Nanhai District, and built a plant covering an area of10,000m2. At the end of 2002, we moved to the new premises and changed our name into Foshan Nanhai Auto Electric Co., Ltd. In addition, we introduced 6 auto auxiliary lamp production lines fromTaiwanand started producing automotive auxiliary lamps.

our company introduced one H4 and one H7 production lines fromSouth Korea.

our registered capital increased from 3 million yuan to 10 million yuan. We built a new factory occupying 6,000 square meters and changed our name into FSL Autotech Co., Ltd.
