1. Pre-sale Service
To establish a good long-term cooperative relationship with the customers, we will provide free samples as per customer needs.

2. Service during Sales
The product delivery time is usually 30-45 days. We will confirm delivery by sending actual pictures when carton loading is completed.

3. After-sales Service
A three-month warranty period is provided for the product we sell. If there is any problem with our product, our investigation team will conduct an honest and fair investigation; usually an actual picture is needed from the customer. Once it is determined that the problem exists before product delivery, we will compensate accordingly.

4. Special Services
a. When the customers order our Eagleye, Poli or Waigeer products, we will sometimes send some small gifts, such as T-shirts, pens, hats, etc. Some promotions will also be given to thank the support of the new and old customers.
b. If the customer wants the products bought from our company to be transported with other goods he or she purchases elsewhere, we can make some appropriate arrangements so as to reduce the costs for the customer.
c. If the customers want to develop new products, our professional design engineers can help them get the products they desire.

5. OEM Service
Our company started as an OEM in 1990. So far, we have more than 20 years of experience in receiving OEM orders. We are able to provide products fully meeting customer requirements.
