Customers can purchase with confidence. We have been certified to ISO/TS16949 International Quality Management Standards since 1996. TS16949 applies to the design or development, production, installation, and servicing of automotive-related products.

Currently there are 6 miniature bulb production lines in operation, delivering a capacity up to 180,000 bulbs per day. Five assembly lines allow more than 100,000 bulbs to be assembled on a daily basis.

High-precision bulb filaments are carefully fabricated by the national well-known manufactures. Air is sucked out of bulb to create a near vacuum. To ensure a long usage life of the bulb, certain inert gas is added to the bulb. The bulb is manufactured to a high dimensional accuracy. This ensures a tight fit with the socket in the car.
